    “Your diet is a bank account, Good food choices are good investments”. the quality of food we eat do not only apply on our health alone, but also reflects on our skin to give it that wonderful and shinning glow.
    The list of food below will guide and teach you on how to live a healthy life and have a lowing skin.
    1-CARROT:is a biennial plant that is rich in vitaminB1,vitaminB2,vitaminB6,vitaminC,vitaminK and Biotin that prevents and maintain the skin from ageing.it is also associated with alpha and beta-carotene, which decrease the risk of skin cancer and decrease cataract risk by 10%.other source of carrots are polyacetylenes, a chemical that protects the skin from sunburn.

    2-CABBAGE:is a wonderful addition to the diet for cleansing the skin and protects it against the effect of radiation .it’s a leafy green biennial plant that is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K, and fiber. Cabbage enrich with folic acid can be use to treat anemia and reduce the risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease.indole-3-carbinol in cabbage also helps in protecting the body against colon cancer.

    3-GARLIC:is a member of the onion family that contains several nutrients in rich source, which include vitaminB6,vitaminC,Manganese,Phosphorous and Dietary Minerals .medical researchers have shown that garlic helps in preventing cardiovascular diseases and decrease the rate of gastric cancer in the body. Garlic comes in different size, shape and color that fight wrinkles and restore tissues.

    4-TOMATOES: they are referred to as “functional food” that provide basic nutrient to the body. they are antioxidant with a very rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and Folic acid. Tomatoes have a wide variety of benefits to the diet. Vitamin C in Tomatoes is an antioxidant that decreases the effects of wrinkles, sagging and blemishes in the skin.

    5-VEGETABLES: They play an important role in human diet; they are enriched with important sources of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Vegetables have a significant amount of antioxidant vitamins A , C and E. they reduce incidence of stroke, cancer and chronic ailments when included in our diets. Take about three servings a day and be free from coronary heart disease.

    Eating fast food does more harm to the body than good.lets us try and adapt to a healthy eating habits.
