Indomie noodles can be cooked in a thousand different ways. I love that in less than 10 minutes food is served and one is doing other
things with precious time. The last noodle recipe posted was cooked with scent leaves.
This one here is cooked with green amaranth
vegetables and even kpanla fish. This is the
most affordable fish in the market so, making
this pot of noodles shouldn’t cost much.
3 Packs of indomie noodles
3 kpanla smoked fish
1 Medium sized onion
A handful of green amaranth
A serving of noodles with fish and vegetables.
Adding the vegetables and sausage right after
adding noodles to boiling water
